1. Introduction and Applicability

uuok ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and uuok. This agreement applies to your account registration, playing any game, using bonuses, depositing and withdrawing funds, and all activities on the platform.

4. Account Restrictions & Suspension

uuok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Registration with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.

5. Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on uuok are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Funds can be deposited instantly into your account through these four mobile banking methods.

• Deposited funds must come only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

6. Withdrawal Rules & Timeframes

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds earned from your account:

• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawn funds will be sent only to your own verified payment method.

7. Welcome Bonus Terms

uuok offers a welcome bonus for new members. The terms of this bonus are described in detail below:

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total ৳48,000

Wagering requirement: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before you can withdraw bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• The bonus can only be received once per new account.
• There is a set time limit to complete the bonus conditions; any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• If the bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

8. VIP Program Terms

The uuok VIP Program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement criteria depend on gaming activity on the platform. uuok reserves the right to modify the VIP Program terms at any time. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback withdrawals.

9. Bonus Abuse Prohibited

The following activities are considered bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Using risk-free betting strategies for the sole purpose of meeting bonus conditions.
• Multiple individuals from the same household claiming a welcome bonus.

If bonus abuse is proven, uuok reserves the right to suspend the account and cancel all associated winnings and bonuses.

10. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

uuok is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All players must follow the rules below:

• Use of any fraudulent software, bots, or automation tools is prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes is prohibited.
• Inappropriate behaviour towards other players or staff is prohibited.
• Collusion or coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

The individual terms of game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, and others) also apply. Their rules must be followed when playing games on their platforms.

11. Technical Issues & Disputes

If a game result is undetermined due to a technical error or malfunction, uuok reserves the right to cancel that specific round and refund the wagered amount.

• uuok is not liable for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's server log will be treated as the final decision.
